Nadine Zoorba – CEO

Nadine is the CEO of DataLuminate. She is a visionary leader with a keen interest in building a new brand of technology, a brand that focuses on challenging clients to develop better software solutions for their data consumption needs and to continue to innovate rather than reuse old solutions technology. Her mission is to ensure clients and partners are made aware of DataLuminate’s approach to helping clients find ways to turn data and data reports into actionable tasks.

Rick MacArthur – COO

Rick is the Chief Operating Officer of DataLuminate and based out of Austin, TX. Rick’s role is to oversee and grow new Federal and Commercial accounts. Rick brings more than 20 years of sales, management, and consulting experience to DataLuminate, most recently from FedEx, where he served as an operations executive for federal clients. He also held various leadership positions at International Paper. Rick is instrumental in growing DataLuminate’s client base by pursuing key partnerships.

Tariq S Assaf, PhD – CTO

Tariq is the Chief Technology Officer of DataLuminate. A Data Scientist and Business Intelligence veteran with a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering focused on Data Analytics from the University of Virginia, he is responsible for leading DataLuminate’s team of developers, data scientists, and consultants. By combining a mix of number crunching expertise, data science background and visual analytics, Tariq and the software design team work with multiple clients to hone their big data analytics and to implement data readiness mechanisms. Tariq authored multiple articles in the field of data science published by IEEE, including “Decision Automation for Predictive Analysis Models” and “Build better diagnostic decision trees.”
